Hero Arts Week at OWH

It’s Hero Arts week at OWH Stars and Stamps. Operation Write Home and Hero Arts have grown a wonderful partnership. Last year they released three stamp sets with a portion of the sales going to OWH, and this year they’ve just released three more! Check out all six sets here. I used the fabulous little choppers in the Epic Love set for today’s card. I could almost hear the sound of the rotors as I stamped them. The paper is a wood grain print turned sideways to suggest the sites my son is seeing (and the abundant dust he is swallowing) right now in Afghanistan. It is attached with foam tape for a bit of dimension. The ink is VersaFine Olympia Green. It makes for a fun card to send home to a son.
